A holiday snack for lunch or brunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ciabatta buns
  • Chorizo Barbacoa 100% Natural
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • Sliced cheese
  • Herbs of the countryside

Remove the Chorizo Barbacoa from the casing and mash with a fork.

Put a frying pan on the heat and add the Chorizo Barbacoa to degrease.

Remove the fat if desired and add the beaten eggs.

Lower the heat to the minimum and stir continuously with a wooden spoon or a tongue to make the stir fry smooth.

In the meantime, cut the ciabatta bread roll in half, place a slice of cheese on one half and bake in the oven.

When the scrambled eggs are thin and soft, put a couple of spoonfuls or three on top of the cheese and sprinkle with the herbs, which can be thyme (as in the photo), oregano, basil, parsley or chives, for example.
