35 MINS / EASY
A very simple dish with a different way of eating the traditional green beans.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into medium-sized pieces and cook them in a frying pan with a lid over medium/low heat with two tablespoons of virgin olive oil for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, clean and cut the green beans into noodles. (See trick below).
Steam the haricot beans in a fast cooker for 3 to 6 minutes, depending on the model.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the sliced Chorizo Extra Sarta de Embutidos Ortiz and continue to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Drain the green beans.
Serve with a handful of green beans, salt, pepper (optional) and a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
Add the potatoes and the Chorizo Extra Sarta on top.
The recipe can be made by chopping the green beans in the traditional way, but its originality lies in presenting them in the form of tagliatelle. To do this, use this green bean chopper, which can be bought for less than €4 and is very easy to use. It took us no more than ten minutes to clean and chop the 800 grams of green beans.
