A starter that will surprise your guests. Easy to prepare, tasty and very eye-catching.
Cut the pork loin into thin, elongated slices.
Cook the rice with a pinch of salt and water.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: wash the tomato and carrot and cut them into small pieces. Chop the hard-boiled egg as well.
Mix these ingredients together and add the cooked and well-drained corn and rice.
Season with a few drops of oil and mix.
Place a little of this salad on top of each slice of loin and make a roll. Sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt to taste.
TIP: If you want the mixture a little juicier, dress with a little mayonnaise instead of oil.
