Our chorizo with Kombu Algae is made from the traditional ingredients, combined in total harmony with culinary innovation by adding low-fat, low-calorie kombu algae (Laminaria ochroeluco), which are much appreciated for their high content in fibre, antioxidants and minerals.
An original, surprising product which is ready to eat at any time, as a snack, part of another dish or in a bread roll.
