The product has been directly selected to participate in the Carrefour Innovation Awards 2018, where it can now be purchased in shops throughout Spain.<\/p>\n

Embutidos Ortiz Chorizo with Quinoa is made with 100% natural ingredients and does not contain gluten, making it suitable for varying and improving the diet of people with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. It does not contain additives or artificial colourings. <\/p>\n

The addition of Quinoa to the traditional formula of the chorizo made by Embutidos Ortiz provides the nutritional value of this superfood with a high content of vegetable proteins of high biological value. Quinoa also contains 16 amino acids, 8 of which are essential for the human body.
