- 8 slices of sliced bread
- Chistorra Source of Protein
- One courgette
- A fine herb cheese pot
- Butter

Preparation
In a frying pan with a drop of oil, grill the calabash cut in slices and the chistorra (spicy sausage) opened in half.
In another pan or a plate with a pinch of butter, brown the bread on both sides.
Spread the sliced bread with fine herbs, add a thin layer of chistorra and a thin layer of courgette.
Cover with another sliced bread and serve immediately cut into triangles.
