A simple way for the little ones in the house to eat vegetables almost without realizing it

Ingredients

(For 4 people)
  • 8 slices of sliced bread
  • Chistorra Source of Protein
  • One courgette
  • A fine herb cheese pot
  • Butter

Preparation

In a frying pan with a drop of oil, grill the calabash cut in slices and the chistorra (spicy sausage) opened in half.

In another pan or a plate with a pinch of butter, brown the bread on both sides.

Spread the sliced bread with fine herbs, add a thin layer of chistorra and a thin layer of courgette.

Cover with another sliced bread and serve immediately cut into triangles.
