Dried loin rolls with rice salad filling

A Starter that will surprise your guests. Easy to prepare, rich and very attractive.


(For 4 people)
  • Cured loin
  • 100 gr. of cooked rice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 carrot
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar and salt.

We cut the stuffed loin into thin, long slices.

Cook the rice with a pinch of salt and water.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: wash the tomato and carrot and cut them into small pieces. Chop the hard-boiled egg too.

Mix these ingredients and add the corn and rice, already cooked and well drained.

Dress with a few drops of oil and mix.

Place some of this salad on top of each slice of loin and make a roll. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt, to taste.

TIP: If you want the mixture to be a little juicier, dress with a little mayonnaise instead of oil.
