Ingredients

(For 4 people)
  • Chorizo Extra Velita de Embutidos Ortiz Fuente de Proteínas
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 8 strips of red pepper
  • 8 slices of bread

Preparation

Lightly toast the slices of bread.

In a frying pan, fry the red peppers with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

In the same frying pan, briefly fry the slices of chorizo, one after the other.

And then fry the quail eggs.

Assemble the skewer and eat immediately.
